We take great care in selecting the freshest blooms. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds, but we will gladly replace any blooms that do not meet our quality standards.
Pre-Orders & Custom Arrangements
-All pre-orders and custom arrangements are made with care and attention to detail. As these are tailored to specific requests, they are non-refundable once confirmed and received. -If you need to cancel a pre-order or custom arrangement, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. If canceled later, we reserve the right to withhold 50% of your deposit to cover costs. -Large floral orders require at least two weeks’ notice for cancellations. As we work with importers and need time to source specific blooms, cancellations made within this period will forfeit the 50% deposit to cover procurement costs.
