Flower Care

- Trim stems at an angle and place them in fresh, room-temperature water.     
- Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts.   
- Change the water daily and remove any wilted leaves or petals.     
- Avoid placing flowers near fruit, as ethylene gas shortens their lifespan.

​Returns & Quality Guarantee

We take great care in selecting the freshest blooms. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds, but we will gladly replace any blooms that do not meet our quality standards.

Pre-Orders & Custom Arrangements

-All pre-orders and custom arrangements are made with care and attention to detail. As these are tailored to specific requests, they are non-refundable once confirmed and received.    
-If you need to cancel a pre-order or custom arrangement, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. If canceled later, we reserve the right to withhold 50% of your deposit to cover costs. 
-Large floral orders require at least two weeks’ notice for cancellations. As we work with importers and need time to source specific blooms, cancellations made within this period will forfeit the 50% deposit to cover procurement costs.
